Terms of Service
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms govern use of Maze CRM (“the app”), an internal client-management tool operated by Maze. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the app
The app is for internal use by Maze only. Access is limited to Google accounts that Maze has explicitly authorised. There is no public sign-up, and unauthorised access attempts are rejected.
2. Google account, Gmail and Drive access
Sign-in uses Google. Connecting Google is optional and grants the app read-only access to Gmail and Google Drive, used solely to display emails exchanged with a client’s domains in that client’s activity log and to show the contents of Drive folders linked to a client, to let AI agents draft work for a client, and to save those drafts as Google Docs, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the app only for legitimate Maze client work.
- Do not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to access.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
- Keep client information confidential and handle it in line with applicable law, including the GDPR.
4. Your data
Information entered into the app, and email metadata synced from Gmail, belongs to Maze and its clients. Maze handles it as described in the Privacy Policy and does not sell it or use it for advertising.
5. Availability
The app is provided “as is” as an internal tool. Maze may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will be free of errors.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Maze is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including loss of data or business interruption.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
